Toshiba print head model parameters and applications

The meaning of Toshiba printhead performance indicators:
1. The printhead refers to the number of spray holes, the more there are, the more corresponding inkjet outlets, and the faster the speed will be;
2. PL refers to “micro liter” or “picoliter”, a volumetric unit of measurement that is not in the International System of Units, equivalent to “10-12″ cubic meters, or 1000 cubic micrometers. The smaller the value, the higher the accuracy.
3. Printing width refers to the width of scanning and printing. The wider the width, the wider the range of printing per unit time, which can effectively improve printing efficiency.
4. Ignition frequency: In general, the higher the ignition frequency, the greater the injection pressure per unit time and the more ink is ejected.
