The StarFire SG600/MC-2C is purpose-built for today’s demanding high-speed scanning and single-pass industrial system designs. It is an easy to integrate, high performance piezoelectric drop-on-demand printhead for two-color operation at resolutions up to 300 dpi per color. A robust and repairable construction makes it ideal for Functional and Decorative ceramics printing.
Overview
Each SG600/MC-2C printhead has 1536 independent channels arranged in 6 rows in a single nozzle plate for two color operation at 300 dpi. All 1536 nozzles can be fired individually.
The StarFire SG600/MC-2C is a compact, self-contained printhead built to withstand the harsh environment of industrial ceramics production. It uses field-proven components to deliver consistent output over a long service life with continuous ink recirculation and two-color operation at 300 dpi. This two color 300 dpi printhead is equipped with a replaceable proprietary metal nozzle plate that is designed to withstand abrasion and resist damage.
