Ink tube air treatment

The whole section of air in the ink pipeline is the most common failure in the use of connected supply system, resulting in abnormal printing. Generally speaking, a small section of air always exists on the upper part of the printing ink cartridge connected to the continuous ink supply system. This is to avoid the ink self-flow phenomenon caused by the siphon principle, so there are some small air bubbles in the ink pipeline, or because the air layer on the upper part of the ink cartridge will expand or contract with the change of indoor temperature. There is a small air section (no more than 150mm) in the ink pipeline at the interface of the printing cartridge, which is also the normal range. But if there is an air section in the whole ink pipeline, it is caused by the cartridge leakage or the ink-injection elbow interface is not sealed.

The solution is to check the sealing condition of the interface between the inking elbow and the printing cartridge. You can remove the inking elbow and check it, and then plug it in again. If each ink line is filled with air, check the print cartridge for leaks and replace the cartridge.
